Please note: You will be required to submit a photo for your Pass.

Photo submission guideline:

Photo must be sent to registration@afidallas.com by March 21, 2007.

Photos should be in the following format:

1. Image File Format: JPEG (*.JPG).  Image size should be w: 1” by h: 1.25” (w 300 pixels by h: 375 pixels).  Image file size should be under 100KB and image resolution 300dpi.
2. Digital photos should be named as follows:  Joe Smith’s photo file should be named JoeSmith.jpg.
3. No hats or sunglasses can be worn in the photo. Photo must be of the registrant only.

If you fail to send a photo by the deadline or if there is a problem with your photo, you will be required to take a photo in person at the Box Office.  Please allow additional time for onsite badge processing.
